Horsepower at the Zoo:
Capital City Corvette Club will host the 9th annual Horsepower at the Zoo on Sunday, September 14, 2008. Funds raised from this show will help with the new Eagle Habitat at Potter Park Zoo. Click here to read a note from the zoo about the new Eagle Habitat.

In the past, with the help of sponsors, participants and club members, money raised was used to help purchase an overhead retractable surgery light, a sterilization unit, a freestanding animal incubator, surgery instruments and other items for the animal hospital. Before the hospital was established, the animals were sedated, then transported to other facilities, such as the one at MSU. Funds raised have also been used to help pay for education at the zoo.

How can you help the zoo?
We are looking for sponsors, door prizes and participants for this years event. Please contact John or Sandy Bechtel with any questions you may have. Their contact information is on the linked registration form.
